Throughout the two-hour class you'll learn about the various gin-making methods of countries across the globe, whilst tasting unusual blends like pink pepper or coriander - we can guarantee you won't have tasted gin like this before! You'll also learn about the evolution of gin through the ages, before deciding on your favourite styles and creating two cocktails to suit your preferences. Of course, all this gin tasting is bound to make you a little peckish so charcuterie and cheese plates will be served throughout the evening.
