If you've ever wondered how the Lindt chocolatiers do it, this is your chance to find out. You will begin this luxurious experience by making a very special hollow chocolate from a specially created mould. You could try your hand at a creating a hen, a dog, a cat and for those who are a little romantic, a heart. You will then have the chance to hand paint it to make it extra special. You will then spend tthe rest of your time creating hand made, artisan chocolate truffles. Your teachers will then show you how to package your chocolates so that they look as mouth-wateringly good as they taste. The friendly instructors at the Bristol chocolate making workshop are very experienced in the field of confectionery creation, and will be on hand at all times throughout the course to make sure your truffles are second to none!
