Glass Blowing - 2 Day Weekend Course in Wiltshire £420.00
Arts and Crafts Experience Days: Spend a weekend in Wiltshire learning the wonderful art of glass blowing. This two day course is led by an experienced artist and you will spend time learning techniques and creating a range of beautiful blown glass objects. This glass blowing experience begins as you meet with the rest of your group and enjoy an introduction to the skill from your tutor. You will learn the techniques of gathering, forming and blowing throughout this course, and your instructor will guide you every step of the way! Day one will be spent learning and practising the hands on techniques used in this creative craft. On the second day, you’ll continue developing skills as you design and create a beautiful tumbler, bowl and a plate. You’ll be free to choose the colours and patterns for each design, making truly unique hand blown pieces that you can take home and display. At the end of your course, your creations will need to cool. You can arrange a pick up time or pay for your work to be posted over to you after the weekend course. This two day glass blowing class makes an excellent experience gift for anyone who wants to learn a new skill. Glass blowing is a fantastic hands on art form that is perfect for budding artists or those who wish to develop their creative repertoire.
