Experience Days Outdoor Activities: This Cornwall coasteering adventure will certainly blast the cobwebs away, as you navigate the coastline at Whitsand Bay for three action-packed hours! Armed with nothing more than a 5mm wetsuit, a helmet, a buoyancy aid - and a qualified coasteer guide and beach lifeguard - you will splash, scramble, swim and jump your way along this beautiful stretch of coastline. You start with a shallow water entry and from there, you swim and climb along the route, checking out the gullies, caves and rock formations along the way. Whitsand Bay and the Cornish coastline is one of the UK's most beautiful locations, making it the perfect place to experience coasteering. If you are lucky, you may get a glimpse of some of Cornwall's resident seals and dolphins, or even (totally harmless) basking sharks in the right season! There are plenty of big jumps and exciting obstacles to keep you on your toes throughout your coasteering experience, and it is an ideal group activity or Family day out!Once you have been kitted out with your protective and safety gear at the centre, you will head for the shore and begin your coasteering adventure with a shallow water entry. Your guide will then lead you along the challenging – but fun – route, as you grapple with the rocks, feel the swell, and explore the fascinating topography. You may see some dolphins and seals along the way if you are lucky - there is an abundance of wonderful wildlife along the coast. Your guide is a qualified coasteer guide and beach lifeguard, ensuring you are in the safest hands possible. The half day coasteering will last for three exhilarating hours, and you are sure to enjoy every minute.
