The class takes place in either Winchester or Southampton, in cosy venues ideal for a warming glass of whisky. You'll be amazed at how much you can cover in a two hour class, going over exactly how to taste whisky like the professionals, the definitions of cask strength, and an overview of the various processes that go into making classic whisky. You'll each get to try six drams, including the most popular blended Scotch whisky, a taste from each of the four regions of Scotland, an American Bourbon whiskey, and a very expensive Japanese version. By the end of the session you'll have a heightened appreciation for quality whisky, and the knowledge to develop your tastes and purchase whisky in the future.
