Become a connoisseur of chocolate with this fantastic half day class at Chocolat Chocolat in Cambridge. A guided tour in which you’ll be taught how to identify the distinctive flavours of some of the highest quality chocolate available kick-starts the day. Then it’s time to roll up your sleeves and learn how to handle chocolate as your tutor shows you how to make delectable truffles using the traditional methods of an artisan chocolatier.
