Here, you’ll seek out the best seasonal ingredients and take inspiration for the cooking ahead. You’ll return to the kitchen laden with fresh produce and herbs, thankful for a glass of prosecco, and ready to begin. Over a relaxed afternoon, Claire and Charlotte will guide you through the preparation of several delicious dishes. The menu varies from day to day, but will usually include five to six antipasti, a pasta or risotto dish, and a tiramisu for dessert.
